Alrightnowyoutellme (7)

Alrightnowyoutellme; this is an easy one so this won't last long. This little guy has a couple of different names. "How much" do you know about this little guy from the "wood". We have affectionately named this little fella' Woodruff, he lives on top of Rib Mountain or Granite Peak in central Wisconsin.

One of these little guys was in a movie about a golf course back in 1980. Do you know which one?

    Are you talking about Cady Shack? Because that was a gopher and I think Woodruff would get the world record biggest gopher ever. Unless I am thinking of the wrong film.

    But there was a movie called Groundhog Day that came out in the 90s, and I just learned a woodchuck and a groundhog are the same animal so that's pretty close. Both have Bill Murray in them. He must like rodents.

    I stand corrected...again...I quit! When I saw the photo of Bill with the gopher (at least that is what he called it...it has been forever since I saw the movie) I immediately thought woodchuck (groundhog)...sorry. Thank you Leah.

    I will do more research next time.
